Stuart Parker (born 16 February 1954 in Preston) is an English former professional footballer as well as currently an English Non-league manager of football. He is the chairperson of A.F.C. Blackpool.
Parker was signed by Drogheda United in January 1984 and, on his debut, won the only trophy of his professional career.
Parker was a regular in the league for 13 games (eight start, 5 substitutes) during 1974-75. Parker scored his first strike for Tangerines on the 24th September at home, scoring a 4-0 victory against Cardiff City. He scored the only other strike in the Tangerines in the following game, just four days later, in a 3-1 win over Bristol Rovers. His final game for the club was an 4-0 defeat against Manchester United in the final game of the season on April 26.

Parker started his career at Blackpool in 1972. He made the debut for Blackpool under Bob Stokoe as a substitute in a 1-1 draw at Orient in the Orient Stadium at Bloomfield Road on 16 September. Parker made two appearances and both started in the remaining time of the season 1972-1973.
He was not able to play for the entire duration of the season domestically in 1973-74. However, he played for Blackpool at the “Caligaris” International (under-21) Tournament in northern Italy in the summer. The goal scored by him in the last match against Napoli in which Blackpool was the very first English club to win the tournament.
Parker became manager of Blackpool Mechanics in 2000. In 2005 he was appointed manager of Squires Gate, leaving the following year. He returned to Blackpool Mechanics as manager in 2007, with the club being renamed AFC Blackpool the following year. He remained manager until the end of the 2016–17, when he became club chairman.
