Steve Vallos (born December 28 1983) is an ex- American football player in the National Football League. He is currently on the roster of the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by Seattle Seahawks in the seventh round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He was an all-American at Wake Forest.
Vallos was chosen to his team the Seattle Seahawks in the seventh round (232nd overall) of the 2007 NFL Draft. Vallos was let go during the final cuts to the roster on September 1, 2007. He was a part of the entire 2007 season with the team’s practice team. Following the time that Chris Spencer suffered a season- ending injury in December of 2008, Vallos was named center in his spot. He appeared in 16 games in 2008 and made five starts. Vallos was for all of the 16 matches of 2009, making three starts, but was omitted during last roster cuts on September 5, 2010.
Vallos was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars on October 30, 2012, released on November 3, and signed again on November 5.
He was re-signed by the Philadelphia Eagles on September 18, 2012, to fill the spot vacated by center Jason Kelce, who was placed on season-ending injured reserve due to a knee injury.
In his fifth year as a senior, Vallos led his team of Demon Deacons to the 2006 ACC Championship, where they defeated Georgia Tech by a score of 9-6. Vallos’s score was 90% for the entire season and was the top end-of-season score for his entire career. Vallos quit Wake Forest as the school’s record- setting leader for career start (48).

Vallos played in the NCAA football tournament at Wake Forest University. After being redshirted in 2002 He played in every game of 2003 as an offensive guard. He was rated 86.1 throughout the season and was awarded The Sporting News third-team Freshman All-America recognition.
