Steve Morrow is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on July 2, 1970 in Belfast, United Kingdom. Stephen Joseph Morrow (born 2 July 1970) is an Northern Irish former professional footballer Manager, and now Director of the Youth Scouting in Arsenal.
Morrow began his career with Bangor in his youth, before moving to Arsenal at the end of July in 1987. A versatile utility player who was able to play as a centre back, fullback or as a midfielder Morrow played loan stints at Reading, Watford and Barnet prior to making his debut with Arsenal in the substitute position during the First Division match on 8 April 1992, against Norwich City, in place of injury-stricken Nigel Winterburn.
After the arrival of Arsène Wenger in 1996, Morrow was told he was surplus to requirements at Highbury, and he was loaned to Queens Park Rangers in March 1997; the deal was made permanent that summer. He played 85 games for Arsenal in total, scoring three goals.
At QPR, Morrow was initially a regular, but the club struggled, going from contenders for promotion to the Premiership to facing relegation to the Second Division. Injuries to his shoulder ligaments ruled Morrow out for most of the 1999–2000 season, and he lost his place in the side. Morrow later had a loan spell at Peterborough United, but it did not become permanent, and he was released on a free transfer in the summer of 2001.
Morrow began to play semi-regularly in 1992-93. He played the majority of his matches as a midfielder and was able to replace injury-stricken Paul Davis as Arsenal reached the League Cup and FA Cup finals. Morrow was the first player to start in the League Cup final against Sheffield Wednesday After falling behind due to an John Harkes goal, Arsenal scored a goal back by a goal scored by Paul Merson, and then Merson was the one who set up Morrow who scored the winning goal (which was also his first goal at Arsenal). Following the celebrations following the game, Arsenal skipper Tony Adams tried to lift Morrow and then parade him over his shoulders but Adams was unable to do so and Morrow fell to the ground. He fractured his arm and was transported to hospital.

Morrow was fit enough by the start of the next season but played only 13 matches, compared to 25 the previous season.
