Shane Tronc is one of the most popular and richest Rugby League Player who was born on January 19, 1982 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Shane Tronc (born 19 January 1982) is an Australian former professional footballer in the league of rugby which played for Brisbane Broncos and the North Queensland Cowboys in the National Rugby League, and the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats in the Super League.
While playing with the Brisbane Broncos in Round 18 of the NRL competition, Tronc was injured in his knee that required reconstructive surgery that ruled him out of the remainder of the 2007 NRL season.
In July 2011, Tronc was forced into premature retirement by a debilitating neck injury.
Tronc played as prop forward during the 2005 NRL Grand Final, the Cowboys first time in the competition loss against the Wests Tigers.

While at Wavell State High School in 1999, Tronc was selected to be a part of the Australian Schoolboys team.
He was previously a player in The Redcliffe Dolphins, winning the Club’s Player of the Award in 2003 prior to signing with the Cowboys. A close relative of Queensland State of Origin forward Scott Tronc, his father James Tronc played for the Redcliffe Dolphins and the Souths Magpies in the BRL Premiership.
Tronc then signed with the Brisbane Broncos until the end of 2010.
