She was an ex- Canadian junior champion as well as a World junior bronze medalist.
The year 2008 was the first time Pyke was the lead player for Manitoba junior provincial championships rink which was coached by the rink’s captain, Kaitlyn Lawes. The team was a part of Manitoba in the 2008 Canadian Junior Curling Championships where they took the title. The team later was a part of Canada in their 2008 World Junior Curling Championships where they took home the bronze medal.
Pyke played in her first and only Manitoba provincial championship with Thurston in 2012. That team finished 5-2 in pool play but lost in a tie- breaker against Jennifer Jones. After moving to play with Kelly Scott, Pyke played in her first British Columbia Scotties Tournament of Hearts in 2013 which they won, sending Pyke to her first Scotties Tournament of Hearts. At the 2013 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the team would end up winning a bronze medal.
The following season, the team was less successful, losing in the final of the 2014 British Columbia Scotties Tournament of Hearts to Kesa Van Osch.
Following her junior success in 2008, Pyke was too old to continue to play for her Lawes junior team. Instead, she started playing women’s basketball as the leader of the Kerri Einarson rink. The next year (2009-10) she switched to play second in that Jenna Loder rink. The following season (2010-11) she was shifted back to lead her Sabrina Neufeld team. Later, the following year (2011-12) she switched to lead for the Jill Thurston rink. in 2012 Pyke relocated from her home province Manitoba into Kelowna, BC to play lead for the Kelly Scott team.

Pyke’s junior professional career included winning several provincial championships. She was a player for Manitoba in the 2003 Canada Winter Games, she was a winner at in 2001 as well as the 2003 Manitoba Under 16 champions as well as silver medalist at the U18 Optimist World Championships in 2004. In addition, she won the CIS/CCA Canada Olympic Gold Medalist at the University in the year 2008.

At the 2011 Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic the team was eliminated with a 2-3 record. At the 2011 Manitoba Lotteries Women’s Curling Classic the team was also eliminated with a 2-3 record. With Scott, Pyke would play in four Grand Slams. At the 2012 Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic, the team lost in the semi-final to Sherry Middaugh. At the 2012 Manitoba Lotteries Women’s Curling Classic the team was eliminated with a 3-3 record. At the 2012 Manitoba Lotteries Women’s Curling Classic the team was eliminated with a 1-3 record and at the 2012 The Masters Grand Slam of Curling team finished pool play with a 2-3 record.
