Samuel Michael Keller (born September 28th 1984) was a former American football player. He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. The team signed him by Los Angeles Avengers as an free agent without a contract in the year 2008. He played in the NCAA football tournament at Arizona State and Nebraska. Though his football career didn’t take off at a professional level, he’s often remembered by college football fans due to his fierce suit with EA Sports and the NCAA which eventually led to an end to the well-loved NCAA Football (video game series) after 17 years of a successful release.

Then, in May 2008, the Oakland Raiders were said to have given him a tryout. On June 25, the Raiders waived quarterback Erik Meyer and signed Keller. He was then waived on July 24. As an sophomore Keller served as a back-up to the junior Andrew Walter. He only played in 6 games but was able to throw for sixty-six yards, five scores while committing just one interception. Keller got his first professional appearance at the Sun Bowl against Purdue, winning a comeback in the fourth quarter with 335 yards and three touchdowns. He won his Sun Bowl Most Valuable Player Award.
