She also set the Oregon State single-season record for rebounds with 370, thus setting the OSU career rebounding record with 1,027. At the season’s end, she earned Pac-12 Scholar- Athlete of the Year, Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year and first-team All- Pac-12.

In 2012-13, Hamblin was a freshman at Oregon State. She played in 28 games, averaged 4.4 points and 2.9 rebounds, and made 1.1 blocks per game. Hamblin’s 32 blocks were second-most on the team, and third-most in Oregon State freshman record history.
