The forward was able to rejoin his former club FC Kairat, but he managed only one goal in nineteen matches. He then moved on to FC Kaisar, which is similar to FC Kaisar. That season was a struggle for Kaiser, who finished thirteenth in Premier League. Urazbakhtin scored only once in twelve games. Urazbakhtin, despite being in his last season of his career, reached the end of his career in 2010. He scored once in every three games for FC Vostok on average and equalled his best season goal total. For the 2011 season, he remained with Vostok but managed only one goal in 22 games before he retired in October.
Urazbakhtin was a substitute for Thailand in the 2000 Sydney Olympics second round qualifier. The result was a 0-0 draw. The game was a qualifying match for the Olympics. Kazakhstan sent an under-23 team, and Urazbakhtin, who was just 20 at the time, was called up to the under23 side.
