She is currently the head women’s basketball coach at TCU. Pebley was Raegan Scott’s assistant in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). Pebley, a 6’4″ forward played college basketball at Colorado before playing professionally in the WNBA for 2 seasons.

Pebley was appointed head coach of Utah State on May 1, 2002. The program’s women’s basketball team was reinstated after a 15-year hiatus. This took effect in the 2003-04 season. Pebley’s second season saw Utah State improve to 14-14 after a record of 5-22 in her first season. The team lost 23 games over the three subsequent seasons, with a record of 3-24 in 2005-06. Pebley led Utah State’s 2008-09 season to a 16-15 (9-7 WAC record), including its first ever postseason win in Round 1 of the WAC Tournament. The team lost to eventual champion Fresno State. In 2010-11, Utah State made history again by becoming the first ever WNIT. Pebley was out of Utah State in 2011-12. The team won 21-10 and reached the WNIT.

In the summer of 2016, Pebley served as a color commentator for the Fox Sports Southwest broadcasts of Dallas Wings games alongside sportscaster Ron Thulin.

The Utah Starzz drafted Pebley in the third round, 1997 WNBA draft. Pebley played eight games in 1997 and averaged 5.4 minutes per game, 1.5 points and 0.9 rebounds. For her last WNBA season, Pebley moved to Cleveland Rockers in 1998. She was a part of 22 games, averaged 7.6 minutes and scored 1.7 points.

Pebley, a Utah native, was born Jennifer Raegan Scott and was raised in Orem. She graduated in 1993 from Mountain View High School, Utah. Pebley attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where she played forward for the Colorado Buffaloes between 1993 and 1997. Pebley averaged 8.4 ppg and 5.6 rebounds, and shot.445 from behind the goal in 124 games. Pebley was named second-team All- Big 12 in 1997.
