Quinton Lenard Flores (born December 2, 1994 in Tampa Bay Vipers, XFL) is an American football player. As a quarterback, he played college football in South Florida.

Flowers was signed to Indianapolis Colts practice squad on September 1, 2019. He was released six days later.

Flowers was drafted in the fifth round of phase one of the 2020 XFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Vipers; although he was drafted as a running back, head coach Marc Trestman affirmed his intention to also play Flowers at quarterback. Flowers left the team for personal reasons on February 26, 2020. He returned to the team on March 3, 2020, and requested to be traded.

Flowers signed by the Cincinnati Bengals on May 11, 2018, as an undrafted agent as a running back. Flowers was waived by the Cincinnati Bengals on September 1, 2018, and signed to the practice team the following day. He was promoted to active roster on December 28, 2018,
