Peter Zingoni (born April 28 1981) is an American professional hockey player. He was a major player within the American Hockey League (AHL) throughout his career. He also played for two seasons throughout Europe playing in both the Finnish SM-liiga as well as in the German Deutsche Eishockey League.

Zingoni was chosen with the Columbus Blue Jackets in the eighth round, which was the 231st overall in the year 2000 NHL Entry Draft after playing in the EJHL alongside the New England Jr Coyotes. Zingoni began his professional career playing in the collegiate level with the Providence College Friars of Hockey East during the 2000-01 season. After four years playing at the collegiate level Zingoni signed an amateur trial agreement on the 19th of March, 2004, with the Columbus Blue Jackets, and was immediately sent to play for their AHL affiliate known as The Syracuse Crunch. He was the first professional player with them on the 21st of March the 21st of March, 2004. He scored four points over five games.
