Paul Nicholas Roundhill (born 25 March 1955 in London) is an English artist author, publisher, and publisher who is based at London’s East End of London, England. He is most well-known for his relationship with the musician Pete Doherty, acting as his self-styled literary agent previously managing his own website balachada.com (Bala Chadha being street term for crack cocaine, derived and is it’s Bengali meaning to “good white”), which was shut down to Doherty in May of 2006.

The flat of Roundhill situated in Rampart St, Whitechapel was the target of an arson fire in the mid 2008.

Mark Blanco, a 30-year-old actor, passed away in 2006 after falling 11 feet (3.4 meters) into the ground from a top floor balcony in the flat of Roundhill located in East London after being kicked out by Roundhill. Blanco had consumed alcohol, was said to have become violent toward Doherty the guest. In the midst of the fight, before being ejected from the venue, Roundhill took Blanco’s hat off and lit it in an apparent attempt to divert him from the performer. Doherty as well as Roundhill were both questioned by police, but neither was identified as suspects in Blanco’s death. New evidence suggests that Blanco might have been pushed off the balcony. His family is trying to get police to look into the matter once more.
