Paul Christopher Maynard (born 16 December 1975) is a British Conservative Party politician. He was elected in the general election of 2010 to the position of Member of Parliament (MP) for Blackpool North and Cleveleys. On July 26, the 26th of July in 2019, Maynard has been appointed the parliamentary under- secretary of State in the Department for Transport in the Johnson Ministry.

Maynard who is a Catholic, was a Democrat who voted for the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Bill in 2013.

In 2014, he was featured in media coverage of the continuing high costs of the parliamentary expenses system, with his name included in a group of Conservative MPs with high claims for First Class rail travel.
