Pascal Vincent (born September 22 1971, in Laval, Quebec) is a Canadian former Ice hockey player. He is also the director of hockey for the Manitoba Moose, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets. Vincent was named the Québec Major Junior Hockey League’s coach of the year in 2007-08 Director of the Year in 2006-07, and was awarded the American Hockey League’s top coach award in 2017-18.
On July 22, 2011, Vincent was named an assistant coach for the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League. In the following five seasons in this job the Jets elevated him to the head director of the AHL team called known as the Manitoba Moose in 2016. In the 2017-18 season the Moose won the top coach award.
In May of 2007 Vincent signed the extension of his contract for two years for the Screaming Eagles to continue as general manager and head coach. He was awarded the Maurice Filion Trophy in 2007 for the QMJHL’s best general manager, and also the Ron Lapointe Trophy in 2008 for the QMJHL’s most successful coach. Following the 2007-2008 campaign, Vincent was praised by everyone in all over the world for having the Screaming Eagles finishing fourth in their division and winning their first round playoff series, despite being home to more than 10 new players in their roster and playing a 16-year- old goalie as their starting goalie. The 1st of January, 2008 Vincent achieved his 300th career victory within the QMJHL.

Vincent was able to make his QMJHL debut as a center during the 1988-1989 season for the St. Jean Castors. Vincent was a part of three more years in the QMJHL between St. Jean, Laval and Verdun before finishing the junior season in the year 1992.
Vincent began his coaching career as an assistant coach of the St. Jean Lynx of the QMJHL, and then as the head coach of Laval-Laurentides-Lanaudiere (LLL) Regents of the Quebec AAA Midget Hockey League. Vincent became a member of with the Screaming Eagles as an assistant coach during 2000-99 QMJHL season, before becoming the head coach in the month of October. Vincent was promoted to general manager two years after.
