Otis Ray Wilson (born September 15th 1957) is an ex- American football linebacker who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Chicago Bears and the Los Angeles Raiders. He was a winner of the Super Bowl as a member of the 1985 Chicago Bears. Also, he is the dad of the former Cincinnati Bengals running back Quincy Wilson.

Wilson played a key role in the famed 1985 Bears. Although he did not call the plays and play the defense as linebacker Mike Singletary did, he was, in fact, the Bears most-feared pass-rusher , and also the most intimidating player whenever they lined up in the defense of 46. Because Singletary was a middle player and shielded backs from the backfield/stopped runs, as well Wilber Marshall was more of an independent player who walked on the field. Wilson is the most dominant player to be a blitzer in the Bears 1946. After completing his college education with Syracuse University, Wilson transferred to the University of Louisville. Wilson was a three-time letter winner between 1977 and 1979. The year 1979 was the time Wilson played as a captain of the team and received the honor of being named the first-team All- American in The Sporting News. Wilson is second all-time on Louisville football history, with 484 tackles in his career, and is fifth with 32 tackles for loss.

Wilson played with the Bears until 1987. Injuries kept him from playing in the 1988 season. In 1989, he signed with the Los Angeles Raiders, but played only one game in the season and retired soon afterwards. He finished his 9-season career with 36 sacks, 8 fumble recoveries, 31 fumble return yards 10 interceptions, 115 return yards, and 2 touchdowns in 110 games.
