On June 28, the year 2017 Altman signed a three-year deal for three years with Panathinaikos of Hapoel Tel Aviv for a fee of EUR150.000. On 17 September 2017 Altman scored that was the sole goal of a 1-1 win at home over Apollon Smyrni.
