Oludamola Bolanle (“Damola”) Osayomi (born 26 June 1986 in Ilesha, Osun State) is a Nigerian sprinter, who is a specialist in the 100m and 200 meters. She has been the four-time gold medallist from the African Championships in Athletics and was awarded the Olympic silver medal for Nigeria in the 4x100m relay in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She also took home the 200 and 100 metres sprints at the 2007 All-Africa Games.

The 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi, Osayomi won the women’s 100m race, but she lost her gold medal following the fact that her blood sample came back positive for methylhexanamine. Osayomi’s debut international competition for Nigeria was in 2003 at the World Youth Championships in Athletics where she placed in the semi-finals in both 100 meters and 200 m. She started competing in senior competitions later that year, and was member of the Nigerian 4×100 meters relay team. When she made her Olympic debut her team placed sixth in the ladies’ final of the 2004 Athens Olympics and they was able to repeat that feat during the 2005 World Championships in Athletics the following year. Osayomi demonstrated her individual skills during the 2007 All-Africa Games by taking a 100/200 m gold- medal double and then assisting the team win winning the bronze medal. On her world 100m first appearance at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics, she made it into the closing stage (finishing in eighth place) and recorded a personal record time of 11.15 seconds during the final heat. The Nigerian women were not able to make it to the final of the relay in that event.

She began the indoor track season by running a personal record in the 60 metres of 7.19 seconds for the 60 m and then finished sixth in the finals of the event during the 2008 IAAF World Indoor Championships. The 2008 African Championships in Athletics she won a record-breaking double continental title with gold medals in the 100 m relay and individual races, and winning a bronze medal in the 200 meters.
