Norman Bradley Joseph (born December 28th 1954) is an American football coach and former player. Joseph was head coach of football for Mississippi College located in Clinton, Mississippi from 2005 until 2013. Joseph was Head Football Coach for Belhaven College from 1998 to 2000. He also worked as the head coach at Louisiana College in 2004.
After a brief stint at Louisiana, Joseph became the head coach of Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi starting in the 2005 season. During that time, the Choctaws were 2-8. The Choctaws ended up finishing 5-5 and 8-2 in the years 2006 and 2007 respectively. His 2008 team started the season ranked 25th on the list of NCAA Division III however, it fell out of the top of the list following an opening week losing 42-6 at the hands of the rival Millsaps and ended the season 5-5. In 2009 the Choctaws were 9-3 and made it to the Division III playoffs. After four losses, Joseph quit as head coach of the Choctaws director of football in the year 2013, just prior to MC’s transfer in Division II.
Louisiana College in Pineville, Louisiana chosen Joseph as the head coach to succeed Marty Secord for the 2004 season. The team was 5-5.

The family was raised from Vicksburg, Mississippi, Joseph played football in college during his time at Mississippi State University and earned Churchman All-American honors in 1976. Joseph obtained his B.S. in speech and language education at Mississippi State in 1977 and the Master of Education as a coach in the classroom at Northeast Louisiana University in 1979.
Joseph was the very first head coach of the Belhaven College Blazers located in Jackson, Mississippi and he was the head coach for three years, starting in 1998 to 2000. In the three seasons he was there the Blazers were 6-4 in 1998, as well as 7-4 during 1999, and the year 2000 (16-16 in total).
