Norman Milley (born February 14 in 1981) was a Canadian former professional right winger in ice hockey that played for the National Hockey League with the Buffalo Sabres and Tampa Bay Lightning before making the move into the Deutsche Eishockey Liga to finish for the rest of his career.
On the 18th of August in 2005 Milley joined the Tampa Bay Lightning. The 2005-06 season was when Milley recorded his very first NHL goal, and during 14 games, the Lightning scored three points. Through the entirety of his time at Tampa, Milley was again assigned to the AHL with the Springfield Falcons and later the Norfolk Admirals.
Milley left for Europe for the 2008–09 season, signing a one-year contract with Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. With Milley scoring among the leaders on Wolfsburg he was quickly signed to a two-year extension on December 18, 2008.
After seven prolific seasons with Wolfsburg, three as co-captain, Milley left the club as a free agent to sign a two-year contract with Düsseldorfer EG on April 7, 2015. At the conclusion of his second year with Düsseldorfer in the 2016–17 season, having contributed with just 10 points in 41 games, Milley opted to end his professional career after 17 seasons.
The 2003-04 season’s playoffs alongside teams from Americans, Milley scored a unforgettable goal that sealed the series on May 1st in 2004. The game began with Rochester losing 3-1 to The Syracuse Crunch in the first round of the AHL playoffs, Rochester won the next two games to tie the series 3-3. In game 7, Milley clinched the comeback for the Americans in the first overtime.

When she was a kid, Milley played in the 1994 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament as part of his Toronto Red Wings minor ice hockey team.
Milley was selected in the Buffalo Sabres in the 2nd round, 47th overall during the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. After completing his impressive junior season as a member of the Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League, Milley was given an entry-level contract with the Sabres. For the duration of five months in the Sabres, Milley played in only 15 games, mostly playing for Buffalo’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Rochester Americans.
