Norbert Sandor Balogh (born 21 February, 1996) is a Hungarian footballer who plays forward with Hull City. He also played for the Hungarian U-19 squad at the 2014 UEFA European Under-19 Championship.

On the 14th of September following an entire week of training with the squad the team was informed prior to Hull City’s game at home with Wigan Athletic that Balogh had been signed on a permanent basis for The Tigers, on a one-year contract with the option of extending it for another 12 months. Balogh was first introduced on the 23rd of October, 2019, with a 1-2 victory away at Nottingham Forest when he came in as a substitute to Jon Toral.

On the 21st of August, 2018 the player was loaned by APOEL.
