Vancouver released Bevan at the conclusion of their 2018 season. Bevan trained with A-League side Wellington Phoenix, and then tried out with Polish side Puszcza Niepolomice early in 2019, but was unable to win a contract.
Bevan signed on 15 May 2017 with Canadian United Soccer League side Whitecaps FC 2. After playing one season for Vancouver’s reserve team, he was transferred to the Vancouver Whitecaps’ MLS side on 13 December 2017.

Bevan started his career in New Zealand with Western Springs. He then moved to Auckland City where he made his debut as a substitute for WaiBOP United on 28 February 2016. Bevan moved to England in the summer 2016.
Bevan made his international senior debut for New Zealand on September 1, 2017, when he beat Solomon Islands 6-1 in a FIFA World Cup qualifier.
In 2018, Bevan moved to Sweden’s third-tier on loan at Husqvarna FF. After making five starts, he returned to his parent club. He is currently back on loan in the USL with the Whitecaps’ affiliate club, Fresno FC.
