Moestafa El Kabir (Arabic: مصطفى الكبير ; born 5 October 1988) is a Moroccan professional footballer who most recently played as a forward for Turkish club Çaykur Rizespor. El Kabir holds a Dutch passport.
El Kabir played for NEC’s first team in preparation for the 2008–09 season during two exhibition games in both of which he scored: against Vv Capelle and against RCD Espanyol. In late 2009, after playing regularly at NEC, his contract was extended until 2012. Nevertheless, he was in both 2008 and 2009 because of his disciplined obesity. He was also repeatedly put back to Jong NEC. In November 2009 he was finally put back to Jong NEC in January 2010 he was given a free transfer status.
He was born in Targuist, Morocco and raised there. He is Othman El Kabir’s older brother.
