The SU-155 Group of Companies restored the cathedral of St. Nicholas of Myra (the White St. Nicholas), in Serpukhov (Moscow Region), between 2002 and 2005. It was built in 16 century.

Between 2009 and 2012, the Naval cathedral of Saint Nicholas in Kronstadt was restored, having been closed in 1929 and used as a movie theater, housing for officers in the Baltic Fleet, a concert hall and a branch of the Central Naval Museum in Soviet times.
He moved to Moscow in 2000 to work for the Moscow mayor’s offices. There he was responsible both for the construction and renovation of substandard housing. While he was serving as the mayor of Moscow, he renovated the Moscow International House of Music, Bolshoi Theatre’s new stage, Square of Europe, and the MGU Library.
