Edson Andre Sitoe, also known as Mexer (born 8 September 1988), is a Mozambican professional footballer. He plays as a central defender for the French club FC Girondins de Bordeaux.

Mexer played in the 2011-12 campaign for the Algarve club. He only missed six league matches, but his team managed to maintain their top-level status. He moved to C.D. in May 2012. Nacional was also in the Portuguese top-tier, on a 4-year contract.

On 9 May 2019, Mexer signed a four-year contract with FC Girondins de Bordeaux also of the French top division.

On 27 April 2019, Mexer played the full 120 minutes and scored the 2–2 equaliser against Paris Saint-Germain F.C. in the final of the Coupe de France, helping his team win the competition for the third time in their 118-year history after being down 2–0.

Mexer was born in Maputo and began his career at Grupo Desportivo. He moved to Portugal in January 2010, joining Sporting CP at a cost of EUR173,000.
