The Jacksonville Jaguars claimed Huff off waivers on September 4, 2016. Huff was released by the team on September 13th, 2016 and was added to the practice squad next day.
On July 30, 2017, Huff signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was waived on September 2, 2017.
Huff signed with the Kansas City Chiefs on March 16, 2017. He was waived on July 6, 2017.

Huff was a student at his time at the University of Wyoming for four years, from the year 2010 until 2013. He made the transition to a full-time starter during his sophomore year and was also the captain with Wyoming’s Wyoming Cowboys in 2013. He was selected as a member of the 2013 All-Mountain West Conference Second Team after the season, in which he played in the entire season and recorded an impressive 127 tackles and one forced fumble. He also had two recovered fumbles as well as six pass deflections and two passes deflections.
The Tennessee Titans selected Huff in the fourth round of the draft, which was the 122nd overall selection during the 2014 NFL Draft. One of the main reasons why the Titans chose Huff is that he’s flexible, and can play either at the safety position, or at cornerback. In Week 14 Huff made his first interception in the NFL against Eli Manning and the New York Giants and the New York Giants, which the player returned for an impressive 23-yard touchdown.
It was announced that Huff would be suspended for the first game of the 2016 season due to violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy. On September 2, 2016, Huff was released by the Titans as part of final roster cuts.
