Markus Schroth is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on January 25, 1975 in Karlsruhe, Germany. Markus Schroth (born 25 January 1975) is a German former centre forward in the football team.

Then he was signed by TSV the 1860 Munich in summer 1998, and became an important offensive player from the beginning of their. In 2002-03, he scored a career-high 14 goals, with the most notable being an hat-trick in FC Hansa Rostock, on 25 January 2003. He also scored two goals in each of the venues in the match against Energie Cottbus. But, the club would be dropped in the following season.

In the summer of 2004, Schroth signed a three-year contract with 1. FC Nürnberg. In his first two seasons with the club, he made 52 Bundesliga appearances in which he managed to score eleven goals. He made a good start in 2006–07, scoring two goals in the opening two matches, while also helping the side to that season’s cup. On 2 February 2007, he scored, assisted and was booked in Nürnberg’s 3–0 home win against FC Bayern Munich, the first game with Ottmar Hitzfeld back in charge.

Schroth eventually became a regular for KSC, making his UEFA Cup debut in a 0–1 loss at FC Rapid Bucharest (one minute played), and appearing in all the matches during 1997–98, scoring six goals, as Karlsruhe would eventually be relegated.

As of 2003 Schroth was a part of two games (one score) with “Team 2006”, a team of players who were who were being watched in anticipation of an eventual selection in this year’s FIFA World Cup, but didn’t make the selection.

Schroth first began playing football with the TSV Reichenbach in close proximity to Waldbronn before moving towards Karlsruher SC at the age of 15. He made his debut in the professional game in 1994-95 and made his debut in division one as a second-half substitute during Karlsruher SC’s 0-1 defeat at Eintracht Frankfurt, on 7 October 1994. This was his only appearance during the season but he only scored four more appearances in the following season, but he scored in another away match that was a 3-0 victory in a 3-0 win against SC Freiburg, on 13 April 1996.

In 1996-98 Schroth was a part of the Germany under-21steam, winning 20 caps for the international team and scored five goals. He also played at least six times in the national B team, scoring one time.

It was announced in April 2007 that Schroth returned to TSV, after agreeing on a two-year contract, however he did not play one single match during his two- year spell and retired at the end of the 2008–09 season.
