As a child, Eisenschmid played for the youth team of the ESV Kaufbeuren. In the 2012-13 and 2011-12 seasons during which he played within the Deutsche Nachwuchsliga (DNL). In the same season Eisenschmid was the first to be selected to the junior squad for the team of national football. In the 2012-13 season Eisenschmid played his first game for the first team of the previous 2nd Bundesliga. In April of 2013, Eisenschmid was committed by the Hamburg Freezers, for which Eisenschmid never ran into a ditch.
