Ezekiel was a senior in 2004 and played in 10 games. For the third consecutive season, he was named First-team All-Conference. He was also awarded First-team All-America honors at the Associated Press, and First-team All-America honors at the Sports Network. The New England Football Writers as well as the ECAC named him a First-team All Star. He was also a finalist in the Buck Buchanan Award, and was awarded The Bulger-Lowe Award for best collegiate athlete New England. After being released by the Bills, Ezekiel joined the Nashville Kats of the Arena Football League and played in all 16 games and recorded a team-leading 82.5 tackles, three for losses. He also recorded 1.5 sacks, two fumble recoveries, and one forced fumble. In October 2007, he was selected by the Utah Blaze with the eighth pick in the 2008 dispersal draft, but was released at the end of training camp. He then signed a one-year contract with the Chicago Rush and played in 15 games and recorded 32 tackles, one pass broken up, and two fumble recoveries.
Ezekiel received an invitation to the NFL Scouting Combine. He was ranked as the 15th best inside linebacker out of 57., as well as the 308th best player out of 1,451 players in the draft. He was projected to be selected in the seventh round or go unselected.
Ezekiel was a junior and started all 12 games in 2003. Ezekiel was also awarded First-team All-America honors by the Associated Press as well as Sports Network. Ezekiel originally planned to play at Division I A West Virginia as a freshman in 2001. However, he chose to attend Northeastern during the summer 2001. Ezekiel was named third-team All-Atlantic 10 and became the first freshman to earn All-Conference honors. He missed the first two games of his freshman season but played in nine of them. He was second on the teams with the most tackles (82), which is a school record. His 9.1 tackles per game average was eighth highest in the conference and the highest for any team. He replaced Joe Gazzola, an injured linebacker, in his first game and recorded 13 tackles. This helped lead the team to their first win over Delaware. Ezekiel went on to record a season high 15 tackles and one block to help Northeastern win its first ever conference shutout, a 7-1 victory over Richmond.

Ezekiel was also awarded the Chicken Lou Award for being the most aggressive player on the team. Ezekiel was 20 shy of the school’s top 10, with 227 tackles in his two seasons.
Ezekiel went unselected in the 2005 NFL Draft. However, he later signed as an undrafted free agent with the Buffalo Bills, where he made the final roster as a rookie and played for two seasons.
