The 31st January 2017 was the day that Fasan joined EFL League One side Port Vale on loan until the conclusion in the season 2016-17. The club was recruited as a player by the coach Michael Brown following the sale of Jak Alnwick to Rangers which left Fasan to battle his fellow youngster Ryan Boot and Harry Pickering to be a part of the first team. His senior debut came in a 3-0 loss to Peterborough United at Vale Park on February 4, and was named the team’s player of the match when he saved one penalty in the first half. Also, he saved another penalty during his third match for the club, in the 2-0 loss against Millwall in The Den on 11 February; Brown said that “they were fantastic penalty saves but his game has to improve”. He was unable to secure his first squad spot to new arrival Deniz Mehmet at the beginning of March however, he was able to return to the squad for the final two matches in the league.
Fasan signed a short-term contract with Scottish Premiership club Kilmarnock on 1 February 2018, becoming manager Steve Clarke’s second goalkeeper signing inside 24 hours following the arrival of Jasko Keranovic. He featured in four games for “Killie” in the latter half of the 2017–18 campaign. Fasan was released by Kilmarnock in May 2018, at the end of his contract.
On 24 January 2020, he returned to Italy to sign with Serie C club Sicula Leonzio.
On August 10, 2017 Fasan was signed by League One club Bury on non-contract conditions. The manager Lee Clark signed him to serve as a backup in the absence of Joe Murphy whilst the “Shakers” manager attempted to take on Freddie Woodman. Fasan was not able to play in the first team at the period.

Fasan was a part of Udinese Calcio, before he joined Scottish Premiership club Celtic in 2010 as a trial player. He was able to keep a clean sheet during the 2011 Final of the Glasgow Cup as Celtic’s under-17s defeated Old Firm rivals Rangers 1-0. He was a non-striker during the 2012 Scottish Youth Cup Final, in which Celtic scored an 8-0 win against Queen of the South at Hampden Park. He was in goal for at the time of the 2013 Scottish Youth Cup final, in which Celtic defeated Dunfermline Athletic 3-1. He became a professional with this club on August of 2014 when signing a three-year contract in the wake of impressing coach Ronny Deila in the pre-season. But he was unable to establish his position as the team’s second-choice goalkeeper over Lukasz Zaluska Logan Bailly, or Dorus de Vries.
He left Udinese Calcio to join Scottish club Celtic in the year 2010. Thereafter, the club made him a professional in 2014. As a reserve player and youth teams of Celtic He was crowned several championships including the Glasgow Cup, Scottish Youth Cup, SPFL U20 League as well as the SPFL Development League. But he was never able to play in a first-team game for Celtic but was released following a loan period for English Club Port Vale at the end of the 2016-17 season. He joined Bury in August of 2017 followed by Kilmarnock in February of 2018. He signed with Falkirk in June 2018 after which he was dislodged in January. He was released in May of 2019. After that, he returned Italy and joined Sicula Leonzio in January 2020.
On 11 June 2018, Fasan signed a one-year contract with Scottish Championship side Falkirk; manager Paul Hartley said that “I am sure he will continue to progress and develop with regular game time in the coming year, we now have three very good goalkeepers on our books [Fasan, David Mitchell and Robbie Mutch]”. However the “Bairns” registered only one victory in Fasan’s first ten games for the club and he was sent off against Morton after fouling Michael Tidser. Fasan quickly fell out the picture due to a number of poor displays and was replaced instead by two other goalkeepers in turn, David Mitchell initially and then Wolves loanee Harry Burgoyne. Falkirk went on to be relegated into League One and Fasan was released in the summer.
