Angol signed a three-year deal for three years with League One club Peterborough United on the 20th of July, 2015. Angol scored twice in his first appearance for Peterborough United in a 5-1 win against Oldham Athletic on 12 September The 2015-16 season saw him make an impressive 38 games with 11 scoring goals.
Angol fractured his ankle in a pre-season friendly against Boston United in July 2016 and required surgery to place a pin in his leg. On 6 March 2017, Angol was loaned to National League club Lincoln City until the end of 2016–17. He scored a hat-trick on his debut a day later in a 4–0 victory away to Braintree Town, and completed the loan spell with 13 appearances and six goals. Upon his return to Peterborough, Angol was transfer-listed by the club.
Angol signed for League One club Shrewsbury Town on 9 August 2018 on a two- year contract for an undisclosed fee, with the option of a further year. He rejoined League Two leaders Lincoln on 31 January 2019 on loan until the end of 2018–19, and made only two brief substitute appearances.
On July 9, 2014. Angol was signed on a contract for one year with the newly- promoted League Two club Luton Town as a free transfer and was promptly sent for a season-long loan with Boreham Wood. The 2014-15 season saw him finish as an Conference South top scorer with 25 goals and 39 appearances and also scored more goals during Boreham Wood’s FA Cup campaign and play-off win, helping them secure move up into the National League for the first time in their history. He was named the player of the season for the club and also won an award for the most promising young player award during the National Game Awards. Luton offered him a contract extension in May 2015, following his return from loan, however Angol refused to sign it.

2 July 2012 was the date that Angol was appointed by Wycombe Wanderers following his departure from Tottenham Hotspur, having been an integral part of the academy side. The first time he played professionally was on August 11 as a substitute in the 100th minute of Matt Bloomfield against Watford in the League Cup first round, which ended as an 1-0 loss following extra time. Angol was then able to make his debut for the league as an 84th-minute substitution to Grant Basey in a 1-0 defeat at home against Gillingham on the 21st of August. On the 28th of January, 2013 Angol made the move to Isthmian League Premier Division club Hendon on an initial loan of five weeks. Angol scored on his debut the next day in a 3-1 win over Croydon at the London Senior Cup, and it was followed by an assist in the next game, which was a 2-1 win against Carshalton Athletic. The loan of Angol was extended on 7 March, and was extended until 2 April. The loan period was completed with three goals in ten games. When he returned in Wycombe, Angol signed a new one-year deal for the team in the month of May of 2013.
Angol began in 2013-14 as a loan player at Hendon and was able to rejoin Hendon on a one-month loan on the 17th of August. Angol scored his second appearance later that day, in a 5-3 loss at home against Maidstone United, and completed the loan period with two goals in just four games. Angol was signed by Conference South club Maidenhead United for a one-month loan to youth on October 5. Angol made his debut and only appearance on the same day, in an 0-3 home loss at Havant & Waterlooville. On January 24, 2014 Angol was signed by Maidenhead’s Conference South rivals Boreham Wood for a one-month loan. Angol made his debut the following day as a substitute in the 77th minute in an 2-2 draw in the home game in a 2-2 draw against Dover Athletic. The loan agreement was extended until the final day of the season which he finished with 7 goals and 22 appearances.
On 18 May 2017, Angol joined League Two club Mansfield Town for an undisclosed fee.
