Kathleen Naughton (born February 15 1994) is an American professional soccer defender, who is currently playing in the club Perth Glory in the W-League on loan from Houston Dash of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). She played for the NCAA soccer team at The University of Notre Dame.

Naughton began her international soccer career at the age of 15. Naughton played with the United States under-17 women’s national soccer team in international friendly matches, and also with the United States under-18 women’s national soccer team. Naughton participated in 4 matches at the 2014. FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. Katie Naughton was a part of the United States under-23 women’s national soccer team, which played and took home at the 2015 Istria Cup in Croatia.

Naughton signed with Australian club Perth Glory for the 2018–19 W-League Season, along with Red Stars team-mates Sam Kerr, Alyssa Mautz and Nikki Stanton.

Since 2013 Naughton played for her team Notre Dame Soccer Team, which made her one of the very first Notre Dame three-year captain. In the next year she was selected to numerous honorary teams: All-ACC Second Team the First team NSCAA Scholarship All-North/Central Third Team NSCAA Scholar All-American NSCAA Second Team All-Southeast Region. Naughton was also awarded the Notre Dame’s OSCARS Francis Patrick O’Connor Prize.
