Justin Kwabena Shaibu (born 28 October 1997) is a Danish professional footballer who is a player at Boreham Wood, on loan from Brentford. He started his professional career with HB Koge and was capped by Denmark at the youth level.
Shaibu’s debut appearance in the 2017-18 season was during an EFL Cup first round match against AFC Wimbledon on 8 August 2017. His appearance on the field during additional time marked the very first time when a fourth substitute been utilized in a match played by Brentford in a match that was competitive. In the final moments Shaibu scored the first goal for a senior player in his career to secure victory 3-1. The strike marked him as the first 4th substitute who scored in a game in England. Shaibu continued to play in a sub role, making four more appearances, but was subsequently dropped of the team in October 2017 because of injuries. Shaibu spent the last 3 months of the 2017-18 season, and the entirety of the season of 2018-19 and 2019-20 on loan.
On 29 January 2018, Shaibu joined League One club Walsall on loan until the end of the 2017–18 season. He failed to score in the 14 appearances he made during his spell.
On the 18th of July, Shaibu moved to England to sign a two-year B club contract with Championship Club Brentford for an undisclosed amount which was estimated to be PS40,000. Shaibu was first called into the first-team the squad in the form of a replacement in the EFL Cup first round match against Exeter City on 9 August 2016. He made his debut as he substituted Emmanuel Ledesma in extra time during the eventual 1-0 loss. Five goals scored in 12 games in the B team over the next six months, the lack of fitness-conscious strikers in the club meant that Shaibu had a small transition into the first team squad in February and April of 2017 and was substituted for four times prior to an ankle injury that caused him to miss the entire season. Shaibu scored 10 goals in 18 appearances for the B team during the 2016-17 season. He also signed a new contract for three years on May 5th, 2017 that led to his promotion into an initial squad of the team for 2017-18.

He top-scored for the club, with 13 goals in 49 appearances and was a part of the 2018–19 Herts Senior Cup-winning squad. On 29 July 2019, Shaibu rejoined the club on a season-long loan.
