Josh Zepnick (born March 21 the 21st of March, 1968) was an ex- Democratic Party member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 9th Assembly District from 2003 to 2019.

Two women in 2017 have accused Zepnick that he kissed them in a way that was against their will during political events. Zepnick apologized and has said that these incidents should not deter him from working as a member of the Assembly. He was then expelled from the legislative committee assignments.

Born to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Zepnick graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota. He has been employed by Milwaukee Jobs Initiative, the Milwaukee Jobs Initiative, the Milwaukee Community Service Corps, the Urban Economic Development Association of Wisconsin as well as the Center for Democracy and Citizenship as well as being an advisor of Wisconsin state senator Bob Jauch and Congressman David R.
