Josh Richeson (born September 4 1981) is an American stock car racing driver. He has had 23 career start with the NASCAR Nationwide Series and one Craftsman Truck Series start. He is the son of the former Sprint Cup Series driver Brett Bodine.
Bodine created sponsorship agreements with Smucker’s as well as Timberland Pro to put Richeson in the car for seven races in 2002. Richeson was a better performer at Daytona beginning 25th before finishing in 30th. In seven events his best result was 28th, on the track at Rockingham Motor Speedway.
In 2004, he twice recorded his best career finish of 27th, first at Daytona driving the No. 43 for Curb Agajanian Performance Group and later at Gateway in the No. 49 Advil Ford (for the injured Derrike Cope). He drove for Jay Robinson Racing’s No. 28 team at Milwaukee, finishing 40th. He drove in the No. 97 AmericInn Chevy at New Hampshire, finishing 42nd.
The years 2002-2003 the driver drove in 8 races with the Havill-Spoerl team, in the car number. 67. The team was struggling but the team struggled, and Richeson didn’t finish in any race. His best result was a 35th place at Memphis however, Richeson did make his best career starting position of 19th place at Pikes Peak International Raceway.
