After starting the 2019-20 season in a sub-par role, Dasilva broke into the starting line-up in the early months of October, and then he was in good form and scored six goals over the span of 10 matches that included the first hat- trick in the season in a 7-0 victory against Luton Town on 30 November. The November performances of Dasilva were rewarded with an EFL Championship Player of the Month award.

Dasilva started his career with Arsenal and was a part of Arsenal’s Hale End academy at the age of eight. He advanced through the ranks, and was promoted into the wing position from left to right before eventually settling in a box- to box midfield position. In the end, he scored 29 goals in the initial year on scholarship and signing the first contract with a professional club in August of 2015 and was a non-subbed player for the team twice in the 2016-17 season. Dasilva was a substitute who did not play for seven times during the first part of the 2017-18 season .
