Jerome Eli Sally (born February 24 1959) is an ex-professional American footballer that played the position of nose tackle during seven years for the New York Giants, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
He was inducted into the University of Missouri Hall of Fame in 2006, and also to the Proviso East Sports Hall of Fame in 2014.
After quitting playing professional soccer, Sally served as the defensive coordinator at Hickman High School from 1991-96 and was also the school’s strength and fitness coach during the period of 1991 until 2006. Sally was a part of the MU Radio Network for Tiger Football beginning in 2001.

Sally began his football career playing at Proviso East High (Maywood, IL) After his graduation, he attended University of Missouri, 1978 from 1978 to 1981. He was a star defensive lineman who was instrumental in anchoring Tiger defenses, which helped lead Mizzou to winning four consecutive bowl games between 1978 and 1981 while also playing three times (1979-81). In that period, MU had a combined record of 23-13. This included two bowl games wins.
Sally had an impressive profession in football with the New York Giants (1982-86) in which he scored seven 1/2 QB tackles 1985, and later received the Super Bowl ring as part of the 1987 World Championship team. He also played in NFL with Indianapolis in addition to Kansas City before his retirement in 1988.
Jerome Sally currently (2015) works as an Assistant Principal at Hickman High School in Columbia, Missouri.
