Jeremy Colliton (born January 13 the 13th of January, 1985) is a Canadian professional hockey coach as well as a former player. He is the head coach for the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was a player for the NHL for the New York Islanders.

In the first game of the season of 2010, Colliton returned to the Islanders organization , where he signed an agreement with the affiliate team The Sound Tigers, before on the 30th of November, signing an agreement for one year, two ways for the New York Islanders.

On June 1, 2013, Colliton resumed his professional career signing a one-year deal in returning to Sweden with Mora IK of the HockeyAllsvenskan. After only three games with Mora, Colliton was unable to continue playing due to ongoing post-concussion syndrome.

Whilst recovering from injury prior to the lockout-shortened 2012–13 season, Colliton struggled to find a professional club upon recovery and took the majority of the year off. On February 12, 2013, Colliton linked up with a senior ice hockey league team, the Bentley Generals for the Allan Cup tournament.

On the 19th of June 2009, the singer signed in partnership with Rogle BK from the Swedish Elitserien.
