Juryeff was a member of Orient in February 1985. They were then part of the Football League Third Division. Juryeff could not prevent Orient from being relegated at end of the season. However, they were promoted via the 1989 play- offs. Juryeff was at Brisbane Road for four and a half years. He scored 45 goals in 111 League games. He was temporarily loaned to Ipswich Town in February 1989. He made two substitute appearances.
In August 1989, he joined Halifax Town but was sold to Hereford United in December 1989 for a fee of £50,000. He remained with Hereford for nine months, before being transferred back to Halifax for the same fee, a record transfer fee paid by Halifax Town.
His Football League career finished with Darlington (from August 1992 to August 1993) and Scunthorpe United (from August 1993 to March 1995).
His versatility earned him a place in the substitute team. He made his debut at Coventry City 26 November 1983, as a 77th-minute replacement for Steve Williams, who had been hurt by a head-butt by Stephen Hunt. Hunt was then sent-off. Juryeff made his next appearance at Leicester City four days later. He replaced Mark Dennis in defense.

Juryeff was not allowed to join the first team after the Saints finished second in the First Division 1980-81. They had players like Mick Channon, Kevin Keegan and David Armstrong. He continued playing in the reserves with 16 goals in 27 games in 1981-82. He switched to a defensive role in 1982 and played 37 games, mostly as a defensive midfielder. However, he only scored three goals.
Juryeff was a Gosport native and attended Bridgemary School. In December 1977, he joined Southampton as an associate schoolboy. He was then taken on as an apprentice in august 1979. His first professional contract was signed in February 1980. On 21 October 1980, he made his reserve team debut, scoring in a 5-3 win over Crystal Palace. He was then a regular in the reserves, scoring 8 goals in 13 games in 1980-81.
Juryeff remained with Southampton until February 1985, but spent spells on loan to IFK Munkfors in Sweden, and then at Mansfield Town from March to May 1984, followed by a loan to Reading from November 1984 to January 1985.
