Huang Min-hui (Chinese: Huang Min Hui ; pinyin: Huang Minhui ; born 20 January 1959) is a Taiwanese politician. From 1999 to 2005, she was a member the Legislative Yuan. Her term as vice-chairperson of Kuomintang (2008-16), overlapped with two terms of Mayor of Chiayi City (2006).
In January 2018, Huang declared her candidacy to the Chiayi mayoral primaries.
After Eric Chu resigned, Huang Min-hui was named acting chairperson of KMT. This was in response to Eric Chu’s resignation. Huang Min-hui declared her candidacy to be the KMT chairperson for by-election on 27 January 2016. To officially register as a candidate, she submitted a petition with 67,926 signatures on 22 February. On 26 February, the party approved 37,780 signatures, validating her candidacy. In the March 26 election, Huang received 46,341 votes and finished second.
