Brady was an associate at Gallucci, Hopkins & Theisen’s labor law firm from 1994-1998 after she graduated from law school. In 1998, the firm merged with Barnes & Thornburg. Brady continued to work in that firm’s labor- and employment litigation section until 2002. She was a member of Theisen, Bowers, & Brady from 2002 to 2007.
