Graham Stokes (born Graham Barry Stokes 9 Feb 1958 in Birmingham, West Midlands, England) is a British music executive and musician. He was raised in Leigh Park, Hampshire, and attended Wakeford Comprehensive (now known as Havant Academy). He was a teenager playing in different bands as a guitarist before he was offered a position as a post boy at Arista Records as a post boy in 1979.

In 2009, Stokes launched new independent record label Conehead UK. On July 9, 2009 Peter Andre signed to Conehead, and his album Revelation was released by Conehead was ranked the top spot at No. 3 on the UK Albums Chart and went platinum, selling more than 300,000 copies. Andre’s second album on the label Accelerate launched in October of 2010 and then went on to hit the top spot of. 10 on the UK Albums Chart in its first week. It was in 2009 that Stokes signed a contract with Conehead along with Swedish company Bonnier who had bought the rights to the new album from BWO. Then, he signed with Conehead’s Another level’s Dane Bowers, the critically well-respected Ella Chi, London singer/songwriters The Rise (Anthony Goldsbrough and Michael Gazzard), Canadian In-Flight Safety, a band from Canada and Finnish keyboardist and musician with Sunrise Avenue; Osmo.

In 2004, Stokes began to create his label Shell Records releasing four BWO studio albums and also working alongside The Alex Cuba Band along with Sandra McCracken.

In 1989, he started an album career as Graham Stokes, then under the pseudonym Graystoke and then as the guitarist in the group Broken Wings. Broken Wings released their eponymous debut album in the year 1996. Stokes also composed tracks for various artists in the same time including an Top 40 hit for the Irish boy band, Reel as well as their first single “Lift Me Up”.

In the year 2000, Stokes set up his first record label, GSM Records. He signed the five-piece girl group [email protected] and they released two hits singles. The tracks were written by Mike Stock of Stock Aitken Waterman fame and with whom Stokes was a member during the 80s for Bananarama. Their first song “Airhead” released in February 2001 was a top. 18 on the UK Singles Chart, whilst their second single “Respectable”, released in October 2001, climbed to No. 29. After the label was passed to the investors who originally bought it, Stokes once again teamed alongside Mike Stock to run his new label Better the Devil Records. It have signed Fast Food Rockers a British pop group whose first track, “The Fast Food Song” was a hit and reached the No. 2 in the UK Singles Chart in June 2003. They would go on to achieve two additional Top 30 records.

In 2011, Conehead announced four new major signings. Former X Factor finalist Rhydian signed to Conehead in early 2011 and released the album Waves on 1 August 2011. Engelbert Humperdinck signed with Conehead in June and released a new studio album in 2012. In July, Julian Lennon became the tenth artist on Conehead’s roster and released his album Everything Changes on 3 October 2011. X Factor finalist and I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! winner Stacey Solomon also joined the roster, and her first album with Conehead was released in 2015.
