Graham Barrow is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on June 13, 1954 in England, United Kingdom. Graham Barrow (born 13 June 1954) is an English former footballer who is now a manager of the lower division. He is currently Assistant Manager of Shrewsbury Town.

He was back at Wigan as manager at the beginning of 1994-95. He saved the Latics from being relegated in the Football Conference. He was manager of Rochdale from 1996 until 1999, but the club did not achieve any kind of success, and he resigned after a third consecutive bottom-half position. An assistant manager stint for Notts County followed before returning to Chester as manager on the 31st of May 2000, shortly following their transfer back to the Conference. Even though Chester did not fare well in promotion races with a position of eighth, Barrow managed to guide Chester into the FA Cup third round tie with Blackburn Rovers after eliminating Football League clubs Plymouth Argyle and Oxford United. Barrow also guided his team to an FA Trophy semi-finals and victory in the final of the Nationwide Variety Club Trophy, which was praised by the players who said they was the only one to have “single-handedly put Chester back on the football map”. Despite his cup wins, Barrow was sacked in June 2001, which was that was not well-liked by supporters.

In July 2009, Barrow returned to Wigan as first–team coach under new manager Roberto Martínez.

Due to Owen Coyle’s sacking on 2 December 2013, Barrow took charge of the team for their game against Leeds United two days later, which they lost 2–0. On 7 December, Uwe Rösler was named full-time manager.

Barrow was first a manager at Chester City in 1992 (as manager-player) and he racked up seven points in four games as caretaker manager. Even though the team was demoted into third division in the Football League Third Division in 1993, Barrow inspired the Blues to return the following season and earn promotion However, he left the club at the end of the season of 1994, citing anger over key players’ departures and the absence of financial support of the Board. Barrow resigned as a player following his departure, his last appearance coming in Chester’s 3-2 victory over Preston North End on 2 April 1994, only two months prior to the 40th anniversary of his birthday.

He returned to Chester at the end of the season, becoming assistant to manager Mark Wright. They were sacked together on 29 April 2007. He returned to working in football the following January, when he continued his trend of going back to former clubs in north- west England by becoming assistant–manager to Graham Heathcote at Altrincham.
