This allowed her to be part of New Zealand’s U18 team that competed at the World Rowing Junior Championships in August of 2011 at Dorney, England. She was a part of the junior women’s quadruple quadruple sculls and finished ninth. In the next year, she participated in the 2012 World Rowing U23 Championships in Amsterdam, Netherlands with the U23 women’s four (Grace Prendergast was a member of with the squad) and came in fourth place. 2013 was the year she joined New Zealand’s elite rowing squad in the very first time and she was a member of the women’s quadruple sculls in the 2013 World Rowing Championships in Chungju, Korea where they came seventh. In the New Zealand national championships in February 2014, she claimed gold with the women’s best quad sculls with coxless (with Zoe Stevenson, Sarah Gray along with Julia Edward). The same team took home the national championships in the year 2015.
