Ed Royce, California State Board of Equalization Vice-Chair Michelle Steel, Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe, Orange County Supervisor Janet Nguyen, Long Beach City Auditor Laura Doud and others. He ran in the current all- candidate primary and was defeated by Democratic state senator Alan Lowenthal.
