Frank Warren (born February 1952) is an English boxing promoter and manager. Warren along with his son George operate Queensberry Promotions. Warren was also a co-founder of the British boxing TV channel BoxNation.

Warren helped Hamed to become the world’s youngest champion after he defeated Steve Robinson to win the WBO Featherweight title in the Cardiff Arms Park, Wales in 1995. He helped to lead the rise of Ricky Hatton to the IBF Light Welterweight Championship of the World after defeating Kostya Tszyu in the year 2005; and was along with the former IBF and WBO/WBC/WBA/Ring Super Middleweight Champion Joe Calzaghe throughout his unbeaten 46-fight career.

Warren was also the founder and owner of the London Arena. Beset by transport problems, he was about to raise additional finance until shot – he says the incident cost him £8million, as he was forced to sell it in 1996.

Warren signed the 2004 Olympic Lightweight silver medallist Amir Khan and guided him to be a world champion in 2009, but the two split in 2010. He continued this post-Olympic record by signing others after the 2008 Olympics.

Warren’s debut show licensed by the governing body was staged in his Bloomsbury Crest Hotel, in London in 1980.
