Felicia Jane Beatrix “Flick” Drummond (born 16 June 1962 in Aden, Yemen) is a British Conservative Party politician. She is the Member of the Parliament (MP) of Meon Valley since 2019, and previously was a representative for Portsmouth South from 2015 to 2017.

In November of 2019, Drummond was selected as the likely candidate for parliamentary candidacy in the secure Conservative seat Meon Valley, in Eastern Hampshire. She was elected to the Parliament in the general election in December following the incumbent George Hollingbery retired. Then she was resigned in the race to be the Conservative candidate for the position of Hampshire Police and crime commissioner for the 2020 England as well as Wales police and crime commissioner election.

Drummond was defeated in a second minor result in the 2017 general election. one of the 30 net gains made by the opposition Labour Party.
