Everett McIver (born August 5 1970) was a former American soccer offensive lineman who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins and Dallas Cowboys. Additionally, he was a member of the London Monarchs in the World League of American Football. He played football in college on the field at Elizabeth City State University.

In 1994 In 1994, he was declared to be inactive for the first eight games. He was in the lineup for four games, but was declared inactive for another four games.

On August 13, 1996, he was signed by the Miami Dolphins as a free agent. He was cut after three weeks and was later re-signed on October 7. He was named the starter at right guard against the Pittsburgh Steelers, replacing an injured Chris Gray and went on to start the last 5 games.

McIver was allocated to the World League of American Football (WLAF) for seasoning in 1996, where he was named the starter at left tackle for the London Monarchs. He was released from the Jets on August 7.

McIver was released as a Free agent with the San Diego Chargers after the 1993 NFL Draft on April 27. McIver was released on the 23rd of July.

On the 10th of December 1993 McIver joined his New York Jets’ practice team. McIver was elevated onto the roster active on 2 January, and declared inactive for the season’s final with the Houston Oilers.
