In March 2011 He signed a contract with Romanian Liga II club Petrolul Ploiesti. He was let go from the club during the summer after the club was promoted to Liga I. In September of 2011, he returned in Serbia after signing a 2 year agreement for two years with FK Borac Cacak. The Serbian will be available to the club’s fifth round of 2011-12’s Serbian SuperLiga.

Sseppuya scored 3 goals in 4 appearances for FC Istiklol before being released by the club in January 2014.

In October 2009 the player signed a one-year deal with FK Mladi Radnik. On the 16th of March, 2010 Sseppuya formally signed a contract to Lithuanian team FK Suduva. On August 1st, 2010 Sseppuya signed the contract with A-League club North Queensland Fury making him the 20th player for the club to sign up for the forthcoming season. Sseppuya made his debut for the Fury during their third round 3 draw against Melbourne Victory. He was let go of his position with the Fury after the club’s dissolution.

Sseppuya was a college soccer player during his time at Alabama A&M from 2001 to 2004. In that time the player played in 59 games which saw him score 19 assists and scoring 41 goals and led the team in scoring from 2001 until 2003. A nagging injury that prevented him from playing during the majority of the 2004 season kept him from achieving for the fourth time, but despite playing just four games during the entire season, Sepuya was picked at 31st place in the MLS Supplemental Draft. He only played in The Colorado Rapids, before getting released in June.

Sseppuya has signed a contract to Armenian soccer club FC Banants for an undisclosed cost. After a couple of league matches of the 2007 , he got let go with no league appearances. After that, he was signed by Serbian club FK Vojvodina. In the transfer window of winter 2008-09 and he was a part of FK Cukaricki. In April of 2009, Cukaricki was the most prolific goal scorer during the Serbian Superliga 2008-09 season, having played in one game against Vojvodina and 11 with Cukaricki and scoring seven goals. All of this amounts to one goal per 114 minutes played on the field.

In July 2012, after the relegation of Borac from the SuperLiga, Sseppuya was in trial with Boyacá Chico, although finally he was signed by FK Jedinstvo Bijelo Polje in the Montenegrin First League.
