Donald William Beaupre (born September 19th 1961) is a Canadian former professional goalie for ice hockey. Beaupre during his seventeen seasons (1981-1997) within the NHL played for four teams that included The Minnesota North Stars, Washington Capitals, Ottawa Senators, and the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The team was sold in 1989 with the Washington Capitals, Beaupre continued to perform well and profit from Washington’s defense that was solid during his early 90s. He was the top goalie in with the NHL in shutouts with 5 during 1990-91.
