Dominika Kulczyk (born 30 July 1977) is a Polish billionaire businesswoman and her father was Jan Kulczyk, who was the richest person in Poland. She is co-founder, president and co-director of the Kulczyk Foundation, chair of the supervisory board of Kulczyk Holding, chair of the supervisory board of Polenergia SA, and co-founder of the Values Consulting Group. She is also the writer of a TV show,”The Domino Effect.” Domino Effect.

Between 2010 and 2017 Kulczyk served as president for The Polish division from Green Cross International. She was elected president in June 2013 and was appointed to the board of supervisors for Kulczyk Investments. The holding company was founded by her dad, Kulczyk was responsible for actions that fell under the umbrella of corporate social responsibility (CSR and CSI) as well as international communications. Up to July 2018, she served as the chairperson of Kulczyk Investments’ supervisory board.

In July 2018, she became the majority shareholder of Polenergia SA, and the chair of its supervisory board.

In 2006, alongside Jacek Santorski she co-founded together with her husband Jacek Santorski the Values Consulting Group, which is a specialist in training on how to manage business psychology. It also is involved in the development for the Academy of Leadership Psychology, jointly organized through and the Warsaw University of Technology.
